Once your rack has been completed, we will use a reliable door-to-door courier service to reach most destinations across Australia. For small parcels, we may ship your rack via Australia Post. You will be provided with a tracking number and link to the tracking website once the shipping order for your rack has been completed.
In most cases your rack will be shipped partially assembled, requiring just a few minutes to complete the assembly by following our step-by-step instructions which are included.
We offer a trade in policy for all of our racks. This means that you have the peace of mind knowing that it you or your family outgrow this rack, you can trade it in towards a different rack. The value of the trade-in will be determined by the condition and age of the rack.
This policy ensures that you will always have the rack you and your family need.
Cash: Order in person and you have the opportunity to pay in cash and receive a receipt for your payment. We also accept the other payment methods outlined below.
Direct Bank Transfer: Transfer the funds to our bank account using the secure payment services your bank provides. This is our preferred payment method. Ensure that you reference your invoice number in the deposit, and you will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been received. Our bank transfer details are included at the bottom of your invoice. Please remember to send a receipt of your transfer to us.
Credit Card: We use the Square Point of Sale system to securely process your payment via credit card. This is the same system used by small businesses around the world, probably including the cafe where you bought that yummy Flat White this morning.
PayPal: We accept PayPal via our email address which is directly available via this website. PayPal is a secure method for online payments used around the world.
