Our Racks are hand-made custom built-to-order to your specifications.
1. Choose the style, material and Add-ons for your rack.
For any customization outside of the options shown here on the website, please contact us directly to ensure the design matches your ideas.
We can then provide you an accurate quote.
2. Would you prefer Door-to-Door Shipping or Pick-Up from Lennox Head / Ballina?
Indicate your shipping/delivery address in the contact form for an accurate shipping quote (depends on distance and size/weight of rack).
3. Payment: Pay hassle free with PayID, Bank Transfer, PayPal or Credit Card.
Pre-payment is required (minimum 50% of total, with remainder due prior to shipment or on pick-up). Payment via direct bank transfer is preferred.
After payment has been received, your order will be entered into the production schedule.
4. We'll let you know when your rack is ready.
Unless we have one in stock, a 1 to 5 week lead time is typical depending on type of rack and status of production queue. If you have chosen to ship your rack, it will be packaged and shipped, and you will be provided with a tracking number to follow the shipping progress.

Boat Channel Boardracks: named after the lagoon created by the reef between Lennox Point and the village. This is commonly referred to as the Boat Channel due to the cut in the reef allowing small fishing vessels to cross the reef.
